I'm in the process of having mine made up by my daughter's partner. ( Fabricator). If anyone is interested, send me a pm so I can get a count. I'll post up pics when it's all done and then you can decide if you want one. He will save the measurements in CAD and then can knock them up on CNC machine.

Is this Carl? He's been missing for over twelve months it seems. Hope he's OK.

The tray itself is great. Just need somewhere else to store the stupid jack.

I chucked the leaky jack out and keep my trolley jack in the boot. Will probably have a similar design to Carl's in the next couple weeks

Any idea how much they'd cost Railey? Approx is fine.

That's why it's stupid. Bet it wouldn't leak all it's oil out and be useless when you need it if it was stored upright.

Carl's design works fine for the right batteries. Can't go bigger. But, who needs to really? Anyone doing real touring in a D2 will most likely be towing a camper. For a week away two D34's ( is that the right one? Memory is not so good these days) should easily be enough. I still have the ARB tray if I really need another.

Spot on John. Yep. I have the red top as my starter now, and when I get the tray I'll go with a yellow D34 for aux.
