Haven't had a proper look yet but blocks of 100mm rubber can be had for about 10 bucks on fleabay so perhaps I can make some up.

Rear brake lines are tight at full droop. Not required as a matter of urgency but will change these out. Front have plenty of length.

Enough length in the factory ABS lines with a little bit of manouvering.

Front cross member required ~20mm spacers to clear front prop shaft at full droop.

Have not yet checked bump stops at full compression but suspect they will need extending.

Ride quality on test drive was excellent.
Did you ever check if the pump stops required extending? I have just purchased some Bilstein +2" myself from LRA and Andrew said the stock bump stops are fine. But the numbers do suggest they need to be dropped a bit. Unless the stock shocks aways had some more movement left in them when the stops were hit.

Must confess to having not yet tested in controlled circumstances but have made a few explorations in the old girl and no obvious signs of coils binding noted.
Geometry aside, could not be happier. Excellent shocks so far. Looking forward to a proper /\/\/\/\/\\/\/\/\/\/\/ Bilstein +2" 994/995 - brake, ABS lines, bump stops etc

Les Richmond Automotive sell White Tiger 50mm bump dropper kit which will push the standard bump stop 50mm down. I use these on the rear SLS airbags of my 3" lifted vehicle.

Alternatively on eBay there are orange urethane extended bump stops manufacturers by a UK mob, Flo something, which extend the bump stop around 30mm or so. I use these on the front of my 3" lifted vehicle.

Been busy playing with old Holdens, about to set off for Murray, SA, VIC run and remembered I had not extended rear brake and ABS lines.

    So quick mod required.

Bracket to which brake and ABS lines are affixed unbolts from chassis.

Cut of locating tab to allow bracket to swing to optimal angle, tightened bracket at new position.

This gives juuuust enough extra play in brake lines to allow full droop.

Removed ABS lines from chassis clip and tied to brake lines above bracket.

Ran axle through range of movement to check clearance to wheel and spring.
