fridge in rear seat

Hello.
has anyone put their fridge in where the rear seats go?

if so can you show me a pic and tell me how you tied it down?

In the D2 there are pretty solid tie down point available where the seats lock onto the floor that you can use

so most people mount it lid pointing to the front or lid pointing to the side?

Not in a D2 but in both the P38A and in the current L322. I access it through the LH rear door.

I can take some pix tomorrow if you like. This pic was taken before I strapped it in.

how is it held down? the seat mounting points are in the wrong spot to use.

Yep, I'll do some pics.

I have a pineboard panel under the fridge. I have tie-down points bolted down where the seats bolt on and straps through the tie-down points. If I remember I used old upper seatbelt mounts - see here for pics: Loadspace Anchor Points and Tiedowns

Eevo, I forgot to say, I haven't removed the seat. It's just folded up. I can remove the fridge in minutes and revert to a 5-seater car.
