Sounds good. How hot does it get in the headlight?

    Thanks

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.

You put the small base plate in and lock it into place the same as you would for acstandard globe then you fit the LED into the baseplare.

Keep an eye on the connectors, I have seen a couple of different vehicles with damaged globe connectors as the 130s got very hot.

Some photos would be great, but appreciate bit tough after the event. I am still waiting for mine to arrive, and still a bit unsure about them at this point. Fingers crossed

Here are the ones I fitted, As cheap as chips.
They have only been in for about a month so far so I can't give any recommendation's as to their reliability yet, But they do make a Big difference.

So project completed and will now have to see how they go. Needed to do a bit of modification to the caps on the unit as seen in the photos, but the good part is that the cooling "ribbons" will get plenty of airflow.

Makes a huge difference when driving and now also fitted LED sidelight bulbs to complete the look. Feels like I am driving a new car !!IMG_0450.jpgIMG_0452.jpgIMG_0453.JPGIMG_0454.jpgIMG_0456.JPGIMG_0461.jpg

Did you replace the main beam as well? The bull bar makes things tricky, I cannot remove the headlight unit and I had trouble putting the retaining spring back and I couldn't fit the dust cover, I may need to loosen the bull bar to fully remove the headlight unit.
    Any tips?

    Thanks
