I have the same problem except when I replace the fuse for the horns it blows every time I try to use the horn.
Hi Folks,
As above just noticed that CC & horn no longer function.
Fuse 16 under the bonnet is OK.
The radio controls on the steering wheel still function.
The horn sounds when trying to lock the car with a door open.
Any ideas.
Thanks

Disconnect at the horns and try again. If fuse blows, you probably have a wiring issue. If okay, reconnect one horn and try again. If okay, reconnect other horn. If fuses blows replace the offending horn or leave disconnected until you can.

The cruise control has a circuit through the horn relay's coil(i dont know why) so rule out the horn relay(swap R12 with R13) to make sure that the misslock audible warning you hear is not emited by the alarm sounder(depends on the setting)...if this is ruled out the next suspect is the rotor coupler, it has separate circuits for each system within.

There are two horns from memory, and they like to fill with water which causes issues.
Thanks for the responses so far.
Turns out Fuse 16 was stuffed.....put glasses on & used a multimeter.
So now the CC works but no horns still.
Can hear the relay clicking when pushing the horn button.
Next step I guess is pulling the grill out & checking the horn connections.
I fitted an air horn to mine....dodgy stock horns can stay unplugged!
