Whats your best or favourite mod to your Discovery 2

Just thought I'd get some thoughts and ideas on what modifications you guys have done, pro's and con's and why you think you was your best mod to date.....

I'll kick it off with my 270 wrap around awning, best camping comfort mod I've done by far and fits the disco perfectly......

Pros - Great cover from both sun & rain, very easy to fit to most racks or roof bars, excellent bang for buck upgrade if you camp as fairly cheap ebay purchase ($350) and worth every penny!

Cons - Takes a little longer to erect than a standard awning and a little tricky in wind with only one person

For a camping Mod the awning is also my favourite, I have one either side of the truck
Engine wise the cleverest thing I have added is a low coolant alarm.
As far as the truck itself goes removing the 2nd and 3rd row of seats and putting a set of drawers in gave me so much extra room and carrying capacity.

Definitely the pair of Trutracs to complement CDL. Fit and forget, with relatively minimal potential strain on transmission train, and I love the extra self centring. For choice, would have got ATBs from Ashcrofts, but they were out of stock at the time.
The double cardan front driveshaft is a close second for peace of mind, with hopefully not looking to replace a smashed transmission.
