For those that have been trying to contact TD5inside.
I found that Jose from TD5 inside posted on aulro face book, so I placed a comment that many customers are unhappy with lack of response to his emails and have taken their business elsewhere. many of us have tried to contact him without response. This is the reply he made.

There have been many on AULRO main forum trying to contact TD5 inside and no replies have been received, this is happening for months. I personally had referred some of my customers, A lot of very disappointed potential customers, and some have decided to go else where. What's the story??????? What are the latest contact details?

Ah's a paid mah money an ah got mah map, trouble is the Nanacom ID in it is wrong an ah cant get to the man.
I figure if you have too much work at home the last thing you would be doing is to travel the world to get more, maybe it'll be like 'Jim's Mowing' etc.
Beside that, I have asked on here where to get a remap locally and nobody has come up with a suggestion on that, it just won't be TRS here in Adelaide.

I just re read Jose's reply, seems like my complaint re incorrect ID isn't seen as important.

maybe its my good looks and charm...but Jose had actually been replying to me usually within 24 hours.
I had organised with him a group buy for 5+. but for a number of reasons we didn't get the 5 so I was waiting for those guys to come through.
He emailed me Monday and was going to do it for me this week. But I hadn't quite downloaded it correctly. My car is in getting transfer case gears done so I wont get it back to him until next week.
Jose usually replys to my emails within 24 hours
I think its the nature of the business the other 2 tuners that everyone speaks highly of on this forum I personally have found to be worse.
I did Chris, believe me I did, even let my steak for tea get cold, someone is or should be aware of my feeling by now. I shall wait with bated breath, not held breath mind you!
