225 is a bit narrow for a D2 either std wheel or alloys!
(or is that a typo?)
What wheels has it got?
So my D2 has an ARB bullbar fitted and at stock 28psi it feels and looks super low so I currently have it at the same as rear (38psi) and it still looks super low (side wall almost touching the ground)
Am I doing something wrong or is something wrong?
Tyres are Windforce Catchfors A/T's LT 225/75/16

Actually somehow my D2 has P38 wheels no wonder the spare looked odd haha

Here we go so the front is my spare and the rear is my standard on all sides
My D2a is fitted with an ARB bullbar, 12,000lb winch, 2x 9inch LED spots and a lightbar which add about another 90kg to the front end and running 28psi on the hardtop is too low as far as I am concerned.
I run back and rear at 38psi (Cold) for simplicity and the profile looks the same front and rear, I am running 245/70/16 Yokohama Geolander AT's.
It is just common sense that adding the extra weight of the bullbar and other accessories to the front end will require a higher tyre pressure than the recommended 28psi for a stock truck.

I have a bullbar and winch on the front.
I run 42psi front and rear to get good even tyre wear. Usually get about 80-85k out of a set of tyres.
Cheers,

We used to have the same tyre pressure discussions on the Deefer boards and pressures varied widely.
Tyre size (volume) and construction (eg. sidewall stiffness, etc) plays a part, but it still doesn't account for the huge differences people feel comfortable running.
