    Turbo core movement

I was installing new boost lines this evening and thought I would check the turbo core for movement. There is a bit. (I can’t work out how to upload a video, so have made a YouTube link)

Now..... the only thing I want to hear is “yea that’s normal Josh, don’t worry”.........
But seriously, should I get onto it ASAP?

    Cheers.

"yeah that’s normal Josh, don’t worry"

There should be a little wiggle from side to side to allow a bit of room in the turbo bearings for the oil to do its thing. Any movement back and forth is not so good.

Can't see in the video but when the bearings wear excessively the compressor turbine can wear on the housing. You'll see that and hear it as a high pitched whine or wizzing.
