fuel issues?

Yeah the more I think about it it is looking like seals or the injectors themselves. Seals I would get fixed but the car isnt worth the cost of new injectors, am hoping seals as once it burns the diesel out of the engine it runs fine no misses or rough spots or smoke

Thanks but doubt it is hoses as it only does it after sitting overnight otherwise works fine any other time

I had the loudest D2 fuel pump ever , see my signature , the killer wasps is what my fuel pump sounded like , and lots of them.

The key for me is the sitting for overnight and that's when you are having the issue.

I take it you are not "making oil" as in the oil level on the dipstick is higher than usual , as the other thought I had was a leaking injector.

No not making oil which had me thinking injector rather than seal but i dont know which would leak where , as in injector leaking into cylinder and seal leaking into oil. might just get the seals and washers replaced again and if it still does it then give it to my daughter to paddock bash until it dies

yeah but sadly the obd has issues and nanocom wont connect to any ecu's, works with other cars i have tried it on just not mine anymore, thinking it might be time to put it down and buy a kia

Try an in tank cleaner, grab a litre of shellite and put 250ml in the tank

If you remove the glovebox you should reach that header C0286 which is wrapped in that black material, the pink wires are the links to all the ECUs and from pin 15 the wire goes directly to pin 7 of the diagnostic socket.... maybe you should make a continuity test on that
