OK so this is what was going on....

Direct power to the sat Nav rearview
Direct power to nothing, also in the cab
    Noise capacitor
Power to the redarc, power to second battery
Power to an isolation switch, in turn powering a 12v fridge plug in the rear
Direct power to the front, for spotlights.
Power to a kill switch for spotlights

    Hmmm

The redarc was installed professionally, it can stay

ok, so the minimum Ah for a fridge will be 3.5, depending on model could be 3 times that at start up,
DVD draws 3A, add in a quick charger, say 2A,
how big was that inverter again?

On my UK TD5 D2 I fitted a small fuse block just to the left of the main battery (an Odyssey with the extra posts for accessories). My winch cables can attach to these posts but I leave the power cable unattached unless needed. I take power feeds from cables connected to the accessory posts (using thin "jam nuts" to hold the connectors tightly (note these are Imperial "inch" threads as the battery seems to be US origin).

I have a second Optima Yellow Top mounted with circuit breakers on a board that fits behind the centre console and wedges in the rear seat floor. The battery is fixed to the board and it also holds a CTEK D250S charge controller/solar regulator. Various Anderson connectors run alternator in/solar in/fridge out. Permanent accessories are wired to the aux box by the battery. "Touring" accessories are wired to the removable 2nd battery platform. There is even still space for rear seat passengers if you pack very, very lightly
