My understanding is that the standard units dont last ling with any lift in a D2. The one I bought for my son had this very problem and the uni in the double cardan was worn so far it was just about to wear through to the grease line. We replaced them with HD Hardie Spicer units, so far ok, but next time will be a Tom Woods shaft as apparently they are designed for a D2 with a lift.

Why would you have abs and TC lights up, unless something else is wrong. How about the off road mode lamp? I'm pretty sure the red centre diff symbol is all you should see on the dash., all being well.Quote:
