The picture showing result when trying to register according to Nancom this is the correct ID.
The keys on my D2 have collapsed and no longer work. I have a new Nancom and cannot register it. I have been on to Nancom support and had replies but it takes 24 hours each time due to the time difference. I believe I have followed the instructions to the letter. I get this .... ID is either not valid or been used. So my car sits outside unusable until I can reprogram the keys. Any suggestions other than to wait another reply from Nancom support. I hope I have managed to attach a picture.
Cheers Rob

Make sure the last character is correct, is it an upper case I(NDIA) or lower case l(ima), or possibly a number 1?

The slip u get gives you a colour code for upper lower and numbers mate double check that
The code on the slip of paper is wrong. Confirmed by Nancom, tried a "1" as well as "l", which is what it looks like. Reply tonight from Nancom to try "I". Also to try by pasting it from their email rather than typing it in. So here goes again.
Pasted the code from their email and it worked. It doesn't like my keyboard I which on their site looked the same as the small l. Although I would have thought it would have been transmitted as a hex or ASCII code regardless of what it appeared like. Ready to try and program my two keys tomorrow.
Good luck. Sent mine back and got a refund.
Cheers,
Jason
