Hello,
I'm doing the head on an 01 td5.
I have the rocker off and am trying to line the timing up.
Seems extremely hard to rotate. I'm rotating clockwise, when I rotate I hear air release, it gets really resistant and bounces back.
Fearing I may break something.
Injectors are plugged in?
Belt is off?
Thank you

With a 95 kg frame , and a pb bench press of 140 I found it strange that I was having this trouble of "guts"
Ummm, not to others: make sure it's out of gear.
Try it with the glow plugs out
Arthur.
All these discos are giving me a heart attack!
