Did you get the slotted rotors ?
If so clean the slot`s out as they gum up with crap and brake dust which can cause a shudder like problem![]()
So I've had my Delios discs with original pads on for about 7000km and they've developed some pulsation when stopping.
First noticed during a recent trip (fully loaded car) and only the last few 100km of the 4000+km journey.
Now this doesn't happen all the time!!
Mainly on a medium peddle force brake situation.
Can't really notice it under hard braking.
When I installed them all calliper slid pins where free and lubed etc, callipers cleaned etc before reassembly as well.
Got any tips?? What to look for??
I'll do some check over the weekend and see if any of the pins are seized etc. and do a runout check as well.
Cheers Lemo

Keeping an eye on this post, as I've got to do discs & pads soon, too.

Had a quick look this morning, appear to be pretty clean from the out side anyway!
But I can see there's an uneven wear mark on the passenger side disc??
Might give Delios a call and see what they think
Lemo
Uneven wear mark will not be a rotor fault
Sticky pad , sticky caliper type syndrome but do give Todd yell and see how you go![]()
Just to follow up on progress, finally had a spare hour or two!
Pulled all discs and pads etc, cleaned disc hub interface again (shiny) light coating of never seize.
Cleaned and lubed all calliper pins.
Put all back together but swapped pads on the front from inside to out side on doth sides, rear kept the same as they are orientation bias.
And put it all back together with correct torque setting etc.
Take for a spin and no pulsing
The only thing I could find was I put one of the rear genuine pads in arse about? The inner pad agains the piston had a half moon section cut away. So swapped the correct way now
Cheers Lemo
Front pads

Rear disc

Are the fronts not wearing/using the inner 5-10mm??
not that that will overly effect the braking,,,
regardless
the big question is,
has the braking improved?![]()

Looks like it in the photos and yes there's a distinct different wear mark on the inner most edge of both front discs....
Might be because the heat dissipates more at the hub??
And yes the pulsation is gone after a short lap around the block, so fingers crossed it's all good now!

Lemo I have the same with my Delios Rotors on my Range Rover. I rang Todd and spoke to him about it. He suggested giving the slots a clean as brake dust causes this .
I removed the wheels and checked, to me there was no appearance of brake dust accumulation, but I gave the discs a good high pressure hosing and the problem went away.
Ps did you not replace the brake pads with brand new ones when you changed the rotors?
Cheers, Mario
