    Hello All,

Not missing in action at all.. company still on and growing a lot. If you have a look at our FB page you can see how much work and action we are having . This being god, is also the issue...

Don´t want to go to the usual excuse book the true answer is I still haven´t found a way to do all the work...its just to much for just one person. The remaps and reply to emails and messages are something that cant be done by anyone else then me and I´m just struggling to do it. Again, I have someone reading emails ans messages and tagging me on urgent matters, others I take longer to reply atm. A costumer with a problem its priority to me because I had his money already, someone that is still not a costumer and haven´t gave me any money Ill try and get asap even if sometimes it means ill lose the costumer

I thought I could take a few days to reply everyone and catch up from there but the truth is I still cant. Ill keep trying to get up to date and go from there and hopefully I can do that on the next couple of weeks. Had 2 bad experiences already putting people dealying with costumers and replying with lack of knowledge and that´s not the image I want to give from my company.

I was in England last week, Im in Ireland now waiting for a flight to Barcelona were Ill be driving to France for a remapping session Saturday. Flying back to the uk Sunday morning for another week of tuning. Then going back home to see the family and work out some stuff in the workshop and back on the road to Belgium, Holland and France again... It is what it is and trust me I´m trying.

    Thank you everyone for understanding,
    José

I was honestly wanting your remap x2 before xmas and before that about august last year .

I dont do dumb book as alot of others and rely on email,s which end up not answered or a half hearted reply 3 weeks latter which dont help/
Im not wanting to bag you out as those that have been lucky enough to get your remap in the past have raved about it .
But and a big but something is lacking in your business pryority`s and not for the positive
Im sorry if ths is harsh but for myself and others it is a sad fact.

Business priority never changed : happy costumers and top quality work for effective costumers! It is ansd always will be like that ! Unfortunately hardwork doesn’t change the fact that the day is only 24 hours and I need to sleep 6 of them!

If (and that’s an if I’m still fighting against), I’m not able to get everywhere and everyone I prefer 20 happy costumers instead of 50 unhappy !

    I cant help but agree.
Not a personal attack and understand it is easy to sit on the other side, however, anyone "on behalf of" could have simply sent an email or even auto reply stating something like "we are overwhelmed and will be unable to provide remaps or whatever service for x months/years.thanks" etc.

In his defence, I have been in small business and can relate. Sometimes one has too much work for one person, but not enough for two...and taking on staff can be a nightmare...so the attitude of not taking on too many more customers is a good one, otherwise it becomes overwhelming and spirals into a lot of unhappy people. Although as mentioned, maybe a quick email to communicate won't go amiss...no one likes to feel ignored.

There was a thread like this late last year. Suggest finding it and having a read. I think he came through himself and explained about how busy he is hence the many delays.

What part of a email do they not get I would like one of your remaps !
If your lucky You get a reply saying
    Hi Chris ,

Not sure if I've replied to your message already ! Had a big mess made in my outlook and some messages end up without reply! I just recently realized so I'm trying to catch up and see if I left anyone without a reply !

I can supply a fully costumised remap to suit your specs, not a problem! Where are you located ?

    Thanks
Copied and pasted from my emails.

Which i replied to straight away not to get a reply and this was in august last year to a email i sent in june .
Then i sent another in september and no reply and then again in december ,
I have saved all emails and all of 2 half hearted replys

    Get the frustration now

    TD5 inside Remap- more

It wasnt my intention to raise any angst from either members or Jose as the supplier and busy small businessman- hell I am one of those and I know what it can be like......Fact is I already have one of his stage 2 remaps in a vehicle already and want to get a remap to put in another D2a to gift to my daughter. Sitting on an Ashcroft TQ to install once I am happy with the remap so hence getting a little anxious waiting for a reply to finish the project off. I have done a bit more on the second car(decat & different muffler) Hopefully I will get a reply soon. Can I can just swap ECU from the vehicle with the TD5inside map to the vehicle with the std ECU to see how it goes in that car? . Or do the injector codes etc need to be recoded. Interesting that 1 ECU (already mapped) is a NNN500030 and the other (to be done) is NNN000130- though I suspect not the original- texta writing on it from Ritters and a date in 2008.........
I have been quite happy with the Stage 2 map in the first car- and you can certainly feel the difference between vehicles, BUT just noticed today that the wastegate modulator has been bypassed in that car= manifold hose joined to actuator hose. I am now wondering if I have not been seeing the best of the remap anway as I guess the WGM probably gets influenced by the remap? I will be interested to hear Jose' take on that.
anyway- tiem for small busines sleep.....1.00am- ish!
    Chrrrs Russell
