    Asthetics query

I have a car with Tundra interior, The drivers seat is worn on the outer edge. I have been unable to find a replacement. The rear seats are stained. I have used car upholstery detergent to clean the rear seats. This has had limited success. I have seen a car seat cover from NSW that looks good. It looks like leather, it is black. Comments on how this would look in a Tundra internal vehicle.

    Thanks

Not sure.Tundra is the tan/sand colour right? You might have to get an interior decorator/painter's colour wheel for a definitive answer.

I would think that any seat cover would be more aesthetically pleasing than a dirty great stain on the seat
I put a set of heavy duty canvas seat covers on my front seats early on in the peace and as a result the seats are still in great condition.

    Here's a suggestion

    Julian,

What about buying a couple of metres of cheap black fabric (like "headcloth" or "sailcloth")?
Drape it over one or more seats, tuck it into the gap between seat squab and backrest, and down the sides and front of the seat/s.

Then you'll be able to see exactly (or pretty much) what black seats would look like.
If you're keen to make it look more like the seat covers you have found, maybe get cheap vinyl instead of fabric.

    Cheers,
    Andrew
