Or just reach up from ground level to clean the roof and you will soon find it.
Have any of you had the cortisone?
I had the injection and it never came back.
Done by a nice bloke who checked where to put the needle with an ultrasound.

I have a completely snapped supraspinatus tendon, but have persevered and now can serve at tennis again and do presses. The other 3 muscles took over eventually, in about 2 years.

I had the cortisone using the ultrasound, didn't make any difference, ended up getting better with good remedial massage and hard ( painful ) work ...took about 5 months

For what it is worth, I had three separate physiotherapists all say I needed surgery for a torn cuff muscle, one made an appointment for me in Canberra to a shoulder surgeon specialist, all confirmed I needed rotator cuff surgery. I don't like surgery so I didn't. A few months later I saw an Osteopath - she said "Bull****, you have frozen shoulder, do these exercises and it will be better if a few weeks". I did, and it was. Sometimes we put too much faith in what medical professionals tell us - they are only human, it may be worthwhile to try a few options before going under the knife.

Oh, and my TD5 Defender leaks an occasional drop from the rear main, my two Perenties and my Disco leak no oil at all!

    Cheers.

I'm in a similar boat, and have relied on exercises, stretching and massage for injuries to both of my shoulders.
Ignoring advice re BPH was not so successful however.
    My D2a does not leak.
