    I think you may have to suspect the wheel bearings.
    Also AFAIR the lights do not come on until there are 20 occurrences, so it may have been occurring for a while until 20 was reached.

    Hmm, the next step is to have a good look at the abs wires. Are they damaged? Then take out the sensor and see what it looks like. I have a boroscope that fits onto the phone so I may be able to see inside the hub. If the hub and sensor look ok then maybe swap it with the LHS.
