I just reread this question. I may have miss understood. Are you asking if the clear lights are orange when they flash or are you asking if they reflect light back when light is shone on them even when they are off, Like a light from a bicycle?Quote:

As for the reflecting, i’m not sure. To be honest I have not noticed that the orange ones were extra reflecty. They both look like they have that reflector type patterning on them
