Normally the pipes are steel with a copper coating.

Yet another chaffe point identified. I'd say another case of out of sight out of mind, but I've poked my head in that area a bunch of times when draining coolant and it's clear as day.
Wonder if a bunch of Tour de France cyclists were at the helm of the Td5 design team?
