Did the security thing and still no change.
Could this be the inertia switch? is it possible to unplug the switch and short out connections? if so which connections?
The injectors click when tested.
The fuel system keeps pressure overnight.
Cant see why you couldn't just just put wire from one plug to other, to complete circuit, works with sensors on trucks anyway
I can hear the fuel pump.
remove the return line from fuel cooler and make sure there is flow with ign on, if yes replace the line and check you have revs showing on nanocom
worth also checking top fitting on fpr is supply from tank
If you hear the pump it's not the inertia switch, measure voltage on the battery while cranking, it should nt drop below 10.5V ... eventually if it's manual try to bump start it without cranking to rule out a noisy crank signal due to starter issue though it can be crank signal failure from the beginning
Revs show on nanocom all 236 of them. I think the Crank Angle sensor is a new one.
Checking the fule return? We can hear the pump
