Stripped bolt head - oil pump sprocket
Many thanks for replies. Have put it all back together until I get a replacement pump. Will try an extractor socket but want to be prepared to Dremel/hacksaw off the bolt head if I cant get it out. Looks like the skirt of the bolt will need to be cut off to get the sprocket off. . Must say not a job to look forward to- Will try and heat the bolt with an electric heat gun to loosen the thread lock first. Will try in a few weeks and let you know how I go. Again Thanks!
Will have a good look around this site and work out how to start a new thread etc.
