Good to know, but, do the relays feed each side's front rear separately.
That is, does each relay have two feeds out, one to front and one to rear, or do they all power from the same source out of the relay?
OP said fronts ok, just the two rears out .. most likely(but not strictly) an earthing issue

Probably are double pole therefore one contact for front and the other for rear but would have to check wiring diagram for that. Easiest thing is to simply swap the relays and see what happens, no change issue is elsewhere, change it is a relay.
