The lack of licensing doesn't bother me for ATF-FS as it's an old GM fluid specced that's for the 4HP22E and the Penrite fluid exceeds those requirements handsomely.
If we were talking a 6, 7 or 8 speed ZF 'box i'd only be using a licensed fluid
