    R380 gear box/slick shift

Hi all some time ago I installed a slick shift after the bias plate died I watched the video when installing it now it works just fine my problem is the gear leaver rattles if I lightly rest my hand on the leaver the rattle goes any ideas to rid the leaver of the rattle would be much appreciated.

Not a R380 but the one in my defender rattled as well, re-installed it as per the video a second time and it still rattled.

Third time had a mate weld the 2 halves of the stick together, still a little bit of rattle but much quieter now and don't have to leave the hand on it to keep it quiet anymore.

Have you asked the manufacturer of the product for guidance on their product?

I contacted the manufacturer and he said the lower shift bush in the r380 boxes can wear and cause the gear stick to rattle so I brought a bush and will replace it in the near future thanks to all who replied.
