    Exhaust manifold

Hey All, today I started the job of removing the exhaust manifold due to it being warped. Took quite a while as the egr bolt to the manifold were extremely difficult. Got the manifold off in the end. Have found that 2 of the studs have snapped of inside the engine. Any tips on removing them?

Sadly it's a fairly common occurrence. There's a very large number of threads previously here that have a wealth of information to help you deal with it. If you use the search function in the site you should find them otherwise Google search along with 'AULRO' as a key word. Good luck!

He's about the best in Hobart region. Travels around and is usually very accomodating.
