I think different regions used different frequencies, not sure that would cause issues as long as the vehicle and key shared a frequency.
Hi all
It appears my vehicle maybe a personal import dated 2011 into Australia. There is a yellow sicker behind fuse box under bonnet, plus dealer stamp in service book is for St Peter Jersey.
So my question is,
Could the problems I’m having with programming my recently acquired keys from eBay have something to do with the import? As keys are for Australian models or is that wrong thinking?

If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
I purchased 2 new keys from eBay Aussie seller for our frequency so just wondering if as it seems mine is an import that Aussie key frequency won’t program as it is a uk import, I’m not sure if I’m on the right track?

UK has a different frequency, yes. I am sure it was still 315Mhz when we changed to 433MHz for D2
