Larger V8 ATF cooler into TDS
Have got the larger V8 ATF cooler to fit into the TD5 and going through the Workshop manual, 44-45 & 44-46 it would appear that the fittings are the same at the Cooler end but are the pipes the same length?
Think it would be an opportune time to upgrade the pipe if I can (although the TD5 $200+ for a relatively short pipe raised my eyebrows somewhat), if the pipes are the same what exact upgrades should I do?
How difficult will it be to fit the cooler as I am fitting a new Serck Intercooler at the same time.
Thanks

Hi RRT,
I don't know the answer to your questions, but I have a question. When you say the larger V8 cooler, do you mean the one for the 4.6?
Cheers, JamesNZ

V8 Cooler
Yes it is, don't want it running cold but also don't want to add new set of pipes and connectors and not sure with the Serk whether there will be much room there anyway! Where in NZ James? Ex came from down Invercargill, even got married there and sat on Bert Munro's Indian and Velocette, they were incredible monuments to light weight and perseverance / or as many may say obsession. Once saw 24 C also had the winter wind from the South, not much need for cooling down there..
