In the first file the MAP/IAT sensor was suspect too, wasnt obvious in the second log though

I'd second everything sierrafery has posted, I'd just add that your injector balances have some quite extreme variation, but it's not all the time.

This could - when linked with the IAT weird readings, also point to a wiring issue.

Both MAF's are definitely cactus though.
