Not sure Ian. I had the owner of ARad just on the north side of the (Bris) River make me a fitting for the bleeder out of brass. Cheap and good job. Windsor or around there. Cheers
I recently changed all the coolant hoses, as a part of the preventive maintenance programme. A couple of weeks ago the top broke off the bleeder on the top hose. What thread is the bleeder?

You can buy them, or should I say you could 7 years ago.
Just be careful if it as been overtightened as the thread in the hose may come adrift when you try to remove it, as happened to me calling for a new hose.
