    Replacing FPR

It’s time to replace the fpr again after probably 8 years.

I cannot remember whether is it press and pull with this connector. It’s different to other connector. I have done this before but I better ask here first.

IIRC, there is one connector where you have to hold the line section and pull back the collar then pull the entire connector and line.
I think it made it a bit easier to pull the collar if you push the connector inwards a little too to release a small amount of tension.

Did FPR maybe 4 or so years ago now so memory is a bit vague.

No there is a button on the side you cannot see.

I bent a pair of offset small needle nose pliers to get to the button, the ones you used to get in a$10 or so kit of about 5.
I think you can see the button in the photo and there is one on the other side AFAIR.

I cannot really remember but I think it is the square shape near there.
push it and see if it goes in.LOL
It is just that it needs both buttons ( ie each side )pressed to release the coupling which takes a contortionist or a special tool like a set of small needle nose pliers with the tips bent inwards..

the button is the square outline just above your circle, there is another button opposite, squeeze both and pull connector off gently
