    SPOTLIGHT SWITCH OPTIONS D2a

So, I finally have an ARB Sahara bar arriving sometime end of November early December and have had lights sitting in a box for some time.
The "option 2" switch (VVN500060/70) that comes with the factory light kit and fitted fog light switches are all obviously momentary switches so technically can't be used hardwired to control the lights, however does anyone know of these switches will successfully operate a latching relay such as the Hella 3064L?

Latching relays need a positive pulse to switch on but then need a negative pulse to switch off, just wondering if anyone knows how the switch works.

I know I can use a cruise switch but I'd prefer the icon on them to at least be a little more accurate.

    Cheers

    Andrew.

I'm using a BA 10303 (or BA 10303S for just the face) that goes in the centre switch panel. If you want it on the binnacle the face plate's come off pretty easy and just stick it on a latching switch.

    latching relay

A 140209 will do the job, with a single momentary input.......
    first pulse.......ON
    second pulse...OFF

    Cheers
