Are all the hoses for the fuel pump/high pressure system normally copper as I always assumed, or are/can they be high pressure hose a la EAS system etc?

    Are you talking Disco 2 Td5 ?

Mine (only one I am familiar with) All nylon fuel line inside rubber sheath from filter to engine.

Can't remember 100% but unsheathed nylon from/to fuel pump and fuel filter.

I have a kit with quick connect fittings and spare nylon (unsheathed) for future mods.

    Won’t be Copper.

Copper is a terrible metal for use in vehicle lines as it work hardens and fractures.

All true, however nearly all LPG conversions ( remember them? ) use copper.
