    Any ideas? Truck new to us...digital gauge or some sort.

    That thing is definitely retrofitted, the voltmeter guess seems quite realistic...if it doesnt show any figures it's probably dead

    Looks like it's got switches each side. It might be a cabin/map light/s.

    No I reckon they are alarm sensors. My Defender has them too.
