Starter Motor Relay (R102) not being earthing through the BCU

MY03 D2a Td5 won’t start – I've narrowed down the cause to the Starter Motor Relay (R102) not being earthing through the BCU.
By using the Nanocom Evolution to access VALEO BCU – ALARM-OTHER and disabling the 'Alarm' and ‘Passive immobil.’ I managed to get the vehicle to start. But when I went back into the setting later and fiddled it's remobilised again (red LED solid illuminates when attempting to start).

This has occurred after short circuiting an interior light this afternoon when reinstalling the headlining (a tool touched both the globe connection and mounting stud earth). This blew Fuses 15 (20 amp) and either 7 or 8 (30 amp) in the interior fuse box.
The keyless remote has also stopped working/responding – this was working just prior to shorting the interior light as this is why I had the roof lining down to replace the receiver unit.

The issue would seem to be with the BCU and immobilising the vehicle. Is there another fuse or something that may be related to its upset?

It perhaps could have, but it hadn't. Seems that the fault was with the BCU itself - the RF Test on Nanocom Evolution could detect the RF signal of a key, but the Key Utility couldn't detect the actual key. Would seem that this was the actual fault rather than the Receiver that I was replacing.
Anyway, fitted another BCU from another MY03 D2a that was running and all problems resolved.
