Can anyone please tell me what the process is for ctrl alt del. I have it written down but after a house move it has mysteriously disappeared. Thanks in advance.

Not sure exactly what you mean ... are you just asking how to do it? If so you hold the Ctrl and Alt key down at the same time (it doesn't matter which you press first) and then press Del. Release all keys when the menu appears.

There is a method of using the fob and the ignition key in sequence to reset the computer in the vehicle. I have used it previously to delete the three amigos.
