2001 Disco 2 cargo barrier install

    Hey all.
Tried to install a cargo barrier into our disco 2 today and found that I cant mount the upper part of it to the car.
When it was originally bought the car came with the cargo barrier (and cargo bins but sadly theyre no where to be found) but the barrier was taken out for seats to be put in the back instead
any help with what parts i should look for or a permeant "dodgy" job would be much appreciated.
    cheers

The top of the barrier is secured by steel straps to side anchor points. There appears to be one of these straps in the photo lower down on the barrier.
