I'm really not sure! The only thing I can think of is as you've said, that the fuel pump is on its last legs as that can be very similar in how it is reacting, but exacerbated under load. For me, LandRover and VDO fuel pumps seem to do approx 120,000km before they fail.Quote:

- Test for attached file done not towing to see if could replicate it that way, it did, but notice the results less as drive around below the level it goes to zero.
- It was overboosting and surging before the modulator was replaced, it does not do that now.
I can problem solve usually, even discovered why I couldn't post here for the last few days!
"Driver Demand Problem 1" Still appearing but not immediately, has to be driven for a bit. No other errors.
Any ideas on what I could look at next would be appreciated.

It is Overboosting, just mightn't be logging a fault.
Bypass the boost modulator (Run line from turbo outlet pipe straight to actuator) and take it for another run, this will tell you if the wastegate is sticking if it still faults.
Attach another file
It shouldn't fault with 16 threads showing and it will probably feel doughy when driving like this .
Looking at the AAP, it seems there would also be a bit of excessive restriction, even allowing for altitude, maybe a blocked filter but this is a separate issue.
Edit: James beat me to it again, but doing the bypass can also help point to faulty map
Edit 2: just had another look at the file, agree with James, map sensor most likely, they can fault in many ways and are all around 20 years old and over.
