MAF could read higher, I'd also hope the boost came up a bit after a clean or replacement of MAF.
Does that align with your thoughts James?

    Pretty much.

The boost is the big concern for me, there is several reasons why it could have low boost.

Internal leak in the Wastegate modulator.

Wastegate actuator incorrectly adjusted or spring lost tension.

    Worn turbo.

    Leaking/stuck wastegate on the turbo.

The MAF does look to be reading slightly low, but the MAP sensor has been replaced, not sure if it was a Bosch or not.

Either way a clean on the MAF wouldn't hurt.. If done correctly of course.

What sort of MAF readings would you expect with a stock tune, WOT, 3-4000RPM gents?

I had to open the file in Google Sheets, Excel lost all formatting

Don't know and I'm away from my tools....

But you should get about 270-300 kg/hr at 3k rpm in park.

    From memory 55-60 kg/hr @ idle
    WOT@ around 1.2bar+ should be 600+ above approx 3600rpm .
These are loose figures, 2nd one obviously has to be under load

Cool, I'm observing 611-615 at those revs.
I'll have to save a file and check it properly now

That's pretty healthy for a stock one!

    Stock map.
With some judicious air box mods & a 3" exhaust, which without a new map, boost increase/new turbo, etc shouldn't do too much
[Edit] I did enquire about a VNT just before Christmas with 2 suppliers, too, and neither a turbo Technics, so you can guess who. No reply from either yet, one I'm not surprised 😂

    [2nd edit] 617@4250, 600-611@4000, 585-600@3800 so I'm guessing fairly representative? Boost is only 114kPa gauge/225 absolute
