    SLS air bag inlet fitting.

I have a pair of Contitech air bags, I want to replace the original fitting with a push fit one, but what size? The tubing is 4mm but the thread size?

    Push fitting on Contitech

Think you will find that the attachment is a push fitting, I know it is flush and this confused when fitting the bags on, the common push fittings have a raised head, the airbags are flat. To remove the line from memory you need a flat head screwdriver to push the inner ring in.

Depends on airbag, the OG LR ones had a voss fitting on the airline that screwed into the airbag. Later airbags do tend to have push to fit connectors on them. You do need the special voss M8 to 4mm push fit cos normal m8 push fit connectors don't have the oring etc.

The new ones still use the screw fitting. I replaced both of mine about 12 months ago with Conti bags.

    They are screw in hoses.
