Have to double check but I think they are T4. Just put some in mine. The incandescent ones have a bluish condom on them. I put LED in mine but I could only get blue at the time and they don’t look right.

    Yay, and Nay!

Depends which globes you want tho!
There are 5 globes in total.

(looking at the rear of the cluster)
Top middle T4.8 : can't recall what this one does .. some kind of warning light up there

Lower left T4.8 is the LCD readout.

Three larger main globes does the gauge lighting. These are just std T5 wedge globes.

    (my opinion)
LEDs do a much better job of lighting the gauges, around town. Deep dark roads tho, I reckon a bit too bright tho. I have a couple of variable dimmer switches(which I still need to fit one) to allow dimming on those deep dark roads.

LCD display, LED way too bright.

The T4.2s are used in the HVAC panel .. combo of both T4.8s and T4.2s in there.

Correct of course. I looked at the one I had left over from the assortment. The top middle I think is high beam. I have no trouble with the led brightness of the ones in the main cluster, but the blue is too "modern" and is unsuited to the car aesthetic. I couldn't get green at the time. I didn't change the LCD odo display, but I could see that you would be right about that.
It's the lights behind the switches next. Change the engine mounts, CV boots and it's off for the RWC.

    which switches?
    I guess console ones?
Pod switches lights can't be changed(easily), as the LEDs are hard wired in, so you need to 'hack' them.

I recently changed the T3s in the D1s pod switches to LEDs ... WOW! massive visual difference over the incandescents

Around the HVAC. And others such as the door lock switch. Gotta admit, I don't even know if they have them as they have never been illuminated in the time I've owned the car.

100% the feed to them, not the globes.
I don't have any spare switches around the HVAC panel, but I have the lock switch, and it is LED.

I'd say most likely to be a connection problem up at the main connector(C0759) up behind the instrument pod, the connector with all the red/brown and red/orange wires, on the left hand side.(I think the header on the right hand side is an earth header)
The RHS connector a header, but it's 'connectable' hence it's a header, so its still considered as C0759(connector) in RAVE. All the wires come from one side of the connection, and is plugged into a blank "thing".
That "thing" is a busbar, which connects all relevant rails to each other.

This is what I meant about not fitting the aesthetic.

    Yes, it needed fuel!

Fuel is overrated and it just weighs your already heavy car down!

Yeah, I tried various colours, but to save stuffing about fitting various colour LEDs, I got a set that could be changed via a remote control.
That is, T10 wedges that had a wireless chip in them that responded to a wireless remote to alter RGB colours as wanted.
WARNING! don't bother with them if you're after some bling, or more specifically don't bother with the generic ones you find on "cheepbay-ish" type sites(aliexpress, amazon, etc). They will all be the same unresponsive rubbish that I also got.
Don't have nor ever tried(and not worth it in the end) any potential other brands where the name could imply a higher quality product.
The issue was the wireless system couldn't pass through whatever interfered via the front face. With the dash unit out, they would easily respond to the remote directly from behind(ie. line of sight access to the globes connector, just not from the front with any regularity.

The only non green colour I reckon I could enjoy was this nice shade of orange that I hit upon when upping the red component.
There was also a strange rainbow-ish-purpl-ish hue I found too, which wasn't horrid, girlfriend loved it(had a technicolour dreamboat feel about it, and shed just seen the play at the time too).
