I just went down and got it from my shed. It has a Britpart sticker on the bag but its made in Germany and I am pretty sure its a GKN Nettlefold brand.
The pin is also in a Britpart box.

$100 plus postage ($15 )

MR Automotive they can supply the whole kit and delivery is normally next day.
