The ( much ) larger surface area of the "A" clutches are a huge benefit if you are intending to go above around 450 Nm , up to around that figure I usually just fit  upgraded forward clutch packs.
Another benefit of fitting the full ZF24 is that you are future proofing the car in case you do want to run over 450Nm, reliably.
Don't forget the V8 converter and kit
You can use a rear shaft from the 4.6 V8 version ( TVB000330 ), or simply get yours shortened.
As for the front, just a 15mm spacer will be fine for a 50mm lift, such as a DA6339, though 20mm might be better.
