New Contitech airbags!! How to connect the 4mm air line.

The new Contitech have a white plug where the air line goes in, easily removable, I am guessing that you do not undo the brass part, as the screw in part has a blob of green, to see if the screw in part has been removed. Push the airline in? I can't see that working. I do not want to try anything as I do not want to stuff it up.
    What is the correct procedure?

Or go to ENZED and buy a screw in part with a 4mm push fit?

You have to unscrew the voss connector(which is a kind of compressin fitting) push the pipe through it then tighten it back just make sure that if you remove it to not drop the inner "olive" pointed with the red arrow in the pic which will retain the pipe when it gets tight if you see what i mean...if you pulled out the white bit that olive might be in the bag's thread, put it back where it belongs

If you can push the pipe through it past the olive then yes, if not bin it and fit the olive on the SLS pipe.... i didnt use new voss connectors untill now but on the original bags the olive was directly on the pipe, maybe the white bit is just to not drop and lose the olive when you remove the connector... it's very like a compression fitting

How much 4mm tube sticks out past the 'olive'? As I have put the new Contitech bag in and it still leaks. This is giving me the ****s. The RHS is fine, does not lose air. The LHS... Grrrr.
I have maybe 2mm of the 4mm protruding. Should it be cut flush?

1mm and cut straight with sharp blade, keep the pipe pushed against the bag while you tighten the connector

New Contitech airbags!! How to connect the 4mm air line.

This might help if it is the same type of fitting:

    https://youtube.com/watch?v=sEZpyy7b...G4XmfeuH9YZRCd

If re-using old air line make sure the end is clean and un-damaged. If it has many score marks from previously being used then you may need to trim it back.

If using the type of Voss fitting shown in the video above then you don’t need to remove. You just remove the white plug and then when you push the pipe in and pull back it then bites into the pipe and locks.

The fittings in the Contitech are not push to fit, are they?

Should just be push to fit after removing the white shipping pin if it uses the Voss quick connect fittings.

They are not push to fit but compression type with "olive" as shown in the pic in my first reply like the one removed from the pipe in the video you posted
