Do you know the history of the 10p engine?
It doesn't leak oil, Its sweating power
Being you don't really know the history. I would probably remove the head to install steel dowels. Fit all the eu3 timing cassette, cam and rockers. Then install the green top injectors and keep it all eu3. Also remove sump and check oil pump bolt.
The only difference then from original will be the fuel reg and rocker cover gasket

The 10p engine will bolt straight in as noted above.
The correct tune for a 10p can easily be loaded into the current ECU.
A good tuner should be able to correct the AAP reading when using the 15p with a 10p engine management setup, so a new airbox lid, wiring and sensor should not be needed.
I believe that both 10p and 15p engine management will run ok with either a 3 track or 2 track throttle, just that the correct setting needs to be done in the ECU/ECM.
There is very little to gain by putting in the late EU3 injectors, and it has been reported that the injector angle in the head is different between 10p and 15p, so whilst it will run ok, it won't be ideal.
@ 215k it's unlikely that the 10p engine will still be on the original head gasket -very unlikely. As to whether it will have been upgraded to the steel dowels...? Impossible to say.
Personally I'd try and get an 15p engine to put in, next option would be to fit a complete 10p, the "hybrid bitsa" would be my last choice.
Cheers
