    ACE issue

Nanocom is not good with ACE.
Having an issue with ACE at low revs at idle and just as you accelerate there is a vibration/resonating through the body. Have tried a flush and made sure all pipes are clear of body but still there. Connected Nanoncom to re-calibrate but it created another problem, it didnt calibrate and brought up all the warnings lights which it couldnt clear. Luckily I also have a Hawkeye which cleared the ABS lights etc and calibrated ACE without fault.

Still have the vibration/resonate so the investigation continues........
    Cheers tt

I agree that nanocom is quite useless with ACE but your problem is not electrical so no diagnostic tool will help. Check all the brackets which should keep the pipes tight and if the valve block is tight to the chassis as well. There is a pulsation through the system hence the atenuator in the feed pipe so if something is loose there can be quite a noise, unless the atenuator has failed but that's hard to believe... happened to me too, in my case the 4 way mounting rubber in the front RH side bracket was disintegrated and the pipes touched the clamp but i've seen cases when the valve block was loosen or another when a stone was trapped between the pipes and chassis and transferred the vibrations so concentrate on something like this
