I bought the coin tray/cigarette holder replacements off eBay from the UK. When installed they do hang down a bit past the drink holder ( mines broken spring is gone). Looking at the square buttons on the D2 above the coin tray I reckon they would fit neatly and should marry up with the carliingford switch holdersQuote:

I use mine all the time and find it satisfactory.
