Bit late as my stock LR jack exploded oil after refusing to go back down, but here's my setup. Stock suspension, no rubbing at all. Only tested a little bit of rear flex, will be interesting to see how the front goes when offroad. 265/75r16 Hankook AT2 RF12 Xtreme's (not too aggressive shaped so would help with minimising rubbing) on 16x8 +30 sunraysia's.
How far out is the speedo now?
My guess is about 8 or so k/hr.
You can get a speedo corrector to fix this.
Do a search for HunterDi on the forum. His little box works perfectly. IIRC cost just under $200.
LOL! same happened to me. Oil all over floor, pain to clean it up and I thought I lost the rubber bung for good, but it only went 20cm or so.
It was over filled. I did same. filled up correctly now, and worked fine afterwards. If you fill it up again, just leave the second stage about 40mm short from full extension and fill and plug.
There's a 9.3% difference in circumference, so 5km/hr out means you were likely doing between 60 and 70 km/hr at the time.
If you round off to 10% (not fixed Km difference) for any given speed you'll be close enough to not get speeding fines, until you get the speedo corrector.
Use the one Arthur has listed as others won't work.
Cheers
