At least you don't have to worry about it drying out and incinerating entire postcodes if someone hits a stone with their mower... Speaking of explosive.

Until last week I did.

Thought I'd do the transmission harness thing, before I saw the price, but I can probably mend it. Ok, so removing the console doesn't bother me, much.. but I thought I'd remove the passenger seat to help with access and so I can dry the carpet... One bolt, two bolts, three bolts..... Four bolts?? Nope, fourth bolt just spins.

Tell me again, why do I love land rovers?

From memory that bolt is a nut and bolt through the floor....... I agree the wiring loom is to pricey

Of course. Why wouldn't it be??? Never mind that the other 3 have threaded holes...

The loom that goes out through the floor has been sitting on the exhaust, helpfully. Haven't got it all out to assess, but I'm tipping it wouldn't be a good thing...

Poor car. I got sick, and so did she.
